- Ensure services meet SLA requirements
- Maintain service performance delivery
- Analyze service performance & troubleshooting
- Performing verification related to performance requests associated with the network project
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree of Electrical/Telecommunication Engineer or any related field.
- Possess knowledge of Network (MTCNA), data analysis, and troubleshooting
- Have a knowledge about database and MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Proficient in basic programming or coding
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, & problem solving skills
