Job Description
- Having technical knowledge about Wireless Network Technology especially Aruba/Ruckus/Cisco Enterprise.
- Having experience in EfficientIP minimal in one project
- Handling first level support for technical issues on Network wireless products.
- Installing, implementing, troubleshoot, problem solving for project and supporting an enterprise’s users.
- Collaborate with another departments related to project plans, customer prospects, and ongoing projects.
- Responsible for fulfillment team certification
- EOS ATS Engineer
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer & Technology
- Related 2 years experience with the same position
- Experienced in implementing network Infrastructure, routers and switches will be an advantage
- Having technical knowledge about the deployment of WLAN in enterprise environments (Aruba/Ruckus/Cisco).
- Have Cisco/Aruba/Ruckus certification is an advantage.
- Good in interpersonal skill, communication and able to work as part of team
- Able to work independently with strong initiative and problem solver attitude
- Having experience in implementing Efficient IP (EIP) devices at least 1 project
- Having knowledge of network administration, IP, DHCP, DNS and basic troubleshooting
