Job Description
- Conduct IT operation monitoring within the customer
- Provide 1st level support for external customer
- Perform network troubleshooting at the customer
- Conduct IT Operation & Security monitoring within the customer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or any related discipline.
- Fresh graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.00 are welcome to apply.
- Knowledgeable in Routing, Switching, Basic Network, OSI layer
- Experience with one or more this product: F5, DWDM, Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, or Aruba
- Having CCNA, CCNP, HCIA, F5 BIG-IP certification is a plus.
- Having a good communication, teamwork, and active-proactive.
- Placement at South Jakarta.
