Job Description
- Collaborate with third party in discussing infrastructure requirement.
- Project management of BAU/Project network team and ensure delivery time to meet the KPI set.
- Work with functional teams, ensuring efficient delivery of work package and project standardize the PMO process within the functional teams.
- Help to create permitting process related scheduling activity list.
- To build up an agile mindset within the team.
- Creating innovative solution to improve local efficiency, ensuring lessons learned are capture and incorporated.
- Prepare material communication or documentation as needed.
- Active participate in requirement planning & meeting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering or related field.
- Have +3 year of experience working or equivalent experience in project coordinating.
- Have knowledge or experience about IT Network or Infrastructure.
- Experience in banking environment.
- Knowledge in best practice and methodologies in managing IT Project.
- Strong analytical skill, excellent communication and demonstrate ability to translate client requirement.
- Understanding of business system, ability to multi-task on diverse requirements, understanding development lifecycle and technique and documentation materials.
- Good English communication.
