Job Description
- Answering inbound support requests (via Tickets, Chat, Phone) and efficiently resolving the issue
- Maintaining Hypervisor Environment (VM Ware)
- Setup & Maintaining Phisycal Server & Storage
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Maintaining Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, & Windows Server
- Maintaining Microsoft 365 tenant & Entra ID
- Maintaining Backup System (VEAM)
Requirements
- Experience on Windows Server.
- Experience on Active Directory Server.
- Experience on O365
- Experience on Virtualization (VM Ware)
- Experience on Veam Backup
