Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Manage sales target
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers
- Train and develop sales team members
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve success
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Report on sales performance to Director
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in sales, business administration or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales management (Area Sales Manager)
- Preferably have experience in food industry
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong understanding of the sales process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
