Job Description
- Managing and executing National business plan and target
- Managing business activities to support the implementation of business plan in the Area work well in accordance with the strategy and target.
- To develop a good relationship with Partner Bank in the National area (within the area of authority).
- Develop, coach, and evaluate subordinates to ensure productive and competent talent.
- To ensure area / National team performance in the National (within the national of authority) works optimum in order to support the strategy that has been set.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 5 years of working experience as a bancassurance sales team leader.
- Good Communication & Presentation Skill
- Proven integrity & leadership skill
- Well understand about Bancassurance Industry Business Process
- Well understand about Life Insurance Product

(MSI) resmi menjadi pemegang saham utama dengan komposisi kepemilikan saham Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd. (80%), PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (12,5%) dan publik (7,5%).
Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd. merupakan anak perusahaan MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings, Inc. MS&AD memegang pangsa terbesar premi asuransi umum di Jepang dan tercatat dalam 10 besar bisnis grup asuransi di dunia.
