Job Description
We are hiring a candidate for National Content Manager.
We are looking for a National Content Manager our in-house content teams across 14 regions in Indonesia. This role will own the national content strategy, content quality, and most importantly, GMV generated through content.
What would You do:
- Develop the overall TikTok content strategy, direction, and playbook for all regions in Indonesia.
- Manage and improve the performance of regional in-house content teams.
- Build effective content strategies across different objectives, including live-stream traffic acquisition, product conversion, creator/KOL conversion, and brand communication.
- Continuously improve content quality, conversion rate, and GMV performance through data analysis and testing.
- Identify winning content formats and scale them across regions, products, and teams.
- Increase content-driven GMV and its contribution to total sales, helping optimize the overall sales structure.
- Work closely with Live, Affiliate, E-commerce, Brand, and Sales teams to achieve business targets.
Requirements
What are We looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) is a MUST (Graduate from Brand Communication, Public Relations, Marketing Business, or related fields). With relevant experience, as TikTok Content Operations, Social Media, Content Specialist, and Digital Marketing or relevant position for at least 4-5 years in a relevant industry.
- Proven experience managing content teams, preferably across multiple regions or large-scale operations.
- Strong understanding of content conversion and social commerce, not just views and engagement, in Indonesian market and consumers.
- Deep knowledge of different TikTok content formats and how they drive traffic, conversion, and sales.
- Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset, also good sense of leadership and team management skills.
