Job Description
- Support internal and external communications activities by producing creative assets, in line with SIRCLO’s brand guidelines and visual system.
- Assist in the editorial process of the division’s content development.
- Collaborate internally and with cross-functional divisions to maintain and regularly update communication assets, including but not limited to the company website, social media, intranet, and internal newsletter.
- Support corporate communications events.
- Additional responsibilities within the Corporate Communications team as assigned.
Requirements
- Undergraduate student or Bachelor’s degree in Design and Visual Communications is preferred.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and others.
- Keen eye for detail, including typography, colour theory, and layout.
- Prior experience in creating visual presentations, such as presentation decks, infographics, charts, and posters.
- Ability to create motion graphics for various media.
- Previous experience in an agency will be preferred.
- Willing to work from SIRCLO’s HQ in BSD, Tangerang, 1 day per week.
