Job Description
Carry out truck utilization in accordance with applicable directions, procedures and policies with the aim of ensuring every logistics business activity run smoothly.
- Supervise all customers, both Modena customers, non-Modena customers, and vendors according to their respective work schedules.
- Create daily utility reports which include dedicated data and absence data.
- Oversee the process of returning travel documents in accordance with the SLA.
- Determine the activity of dedicated units in the Mologiz system according to the current plan.
- Confirm GPS activity and problems.
- Carry out and process returned documents through the Mologiz system and customer POD system.
- Receive goods delivery reports from all Modena branches for further branch recapping.
- Receive reports on delivery of goods from all Modena branches for further export and import data record.
- Carry out follow-up actions with each vendor regarding traffic accidents.
- Report returned goods for each delivery process.
Requirements
- Minimum education Diploma or bachelor's degree with Industrial Engineering background or Logistic or others, fresh graduated welcome to apply.
- Minimum working experience 1 years.
- Competencies; Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office; Logistic Software & GPS Aplication.
- Good Communication skill as you will need to coordinate internal and external.
