Job Description
- Build and enhance mobile features using Flutter and a component-driven UI approach.
- Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to translate ideas into high-quality screens and flows.
- Design clear data flows and manage app/state effectively.
- Integrate securely with REST/GraphQL APIs, handle auth, errors, and offline scenarios.
- Customize and maintain a reusable design system consistent with brand guidelines.
- Optimize startup time, rendering performance, and runtime memory usage.
- Implement analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications.
- Maintain code quality with meaningful tests (unit/widget), documentation, and reviews.
- Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and continuous improvement in an agile environment.
- (Nice to have) Set up CI/CD pipelines and assist with Play Store / App Store release processes.
Requirements
- Professional experience or strong portfolio (fresh graduates welcome).
- ≥ 1 year experience in mobile development (Flutter/Dart preferred).
- Solid understanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, navigation, and responsive design.
- Experience with state management and dependency injection.
- Comfortable with API integration using http, JSON serialization, and token-based auth.
- Familiar with local storage/caching and offline-first patterns.
- Knowledge of testing in Flutter (unit, widget), debugging, and performance profiling.
- Experience with Firebase is a plus.
- Understanding of mobile accessibility, error handling, and app resiliency.
- Familiarity with release processes, signing, and store deployment is a plus.
- Strong communication, ownership, and collaboration skills.
