Job Description
- Supervise daily transfer operations from the Processing Center to the Fulfillment Center, ensuring all activities are executed on schedule and in accordance with standard procedures.
- Manage and monitor driver activities, including work schedules, delivery routes, and compliance with SOPs.
- Prepare and submit daily reports (MMT Reports) to track movement of goods and evaluate operational performance.
- Maintain and monitor operational assets such as (CDE , blind vans, and etc) ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively while providing long-term solutions to improve overall efficiency.
- Coordinate with relevant teams including warehouse, transport, asset management, and administration to ensure smooth and efficient mid mile operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Transportation, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution; previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
- Proficient in preparing operational reports and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel or other reporting tools.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to be mobile and available to work 6 days a week as per operational needs.
