
Job Description
We are looking for a driven and target-oriented B2B Sales & Business Development professional to help expand Algobash’s client network across startups, enterprises, and technology-driven companies. You will manage the sales process end-to-end, build relationships with key decision makers, and help companies improve their hiring process through Algobash’s AI-powered assessment solutions.

Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or a related commercial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling HR tech, SaaS, recruitment, or technology solutions is a big plus
- Strong prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management skills.
- Experience in client presentations, proposal preparation, and commercial negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.
- Consistently using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and sales reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Willing to undergo a 3-month probation period with clear performance KPIs and revenue target.
