Job Description
- Maintain good communication & relationships with merchants
- Responsible for managing & monitoring merchant's store performance from the sales output of the category merchants by conducting strategic negotiations
- Responsible for following up and solving day-to-day merchant case
- Assist merchants in product optimization and join special promotions or campaigns
- Monitor merchant violation, delayed delivery, false delivery, customer service response rate tracking, and poor fit merchant finishing
Requirements
- Minimal bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written English
- At least 1-2 years of merchant management experience in e-commerce/marketplace
- Have a high interest in E-commerce (having management experience as a brand seller in large e-commerce is preferred)
- Having a basic knowledge of the digital industry (familiarity with digital brands, commodities, merchant resources, and business docking experience is preferred)
