Job Description
- Communicate and pitch with marketplace merchants (phone/gadget category) closely and drive their GMV/sales growth with monthly, quarterly and annual planning on core products
- Negotiate with merchants over SKU price and project collaboration, amplify merchants' participation in sales promos to achieve mutual growth, while sharing advice on promo optimization
- Initiate strategy to help merchants grow through ads and other new projects
- Monitor performance data and raise issues for optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, any major
- Good written + verbal Mandarin and English skills
- Fresh Graduate or final semester students are encouraged to apply (have similar work or internship experience would be plus)
- Good communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills
- Smart, agile, and eager to learn new things
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Familiar with E-commerce industry and latest gadget/phone trend
