Merchandising Delicatessen Senior Officer - Consess

Scope of position

Senior Officer Merchandising main task is to be responsible in being the bridge between the company and supplier. Also maintaining the delica consignment progress, from filtering, registration, checking sales, improvement, and communication.

They also make sure in making sure the items sold in store suits their plan. from placement, price, and quality.

Responsibility:

1. Building a good relationship with tenants.
2. Negotiate with tenants on new menus.
3. Checking tenants’ sales from weekly, monthly, and yearly and make decisions accordingly
4. Ensure all the highlight item, new arrival and promotion merchandise display the price tag at selling floor with full volume and attractive display
5. Maintain department administration and paperwork
6. Analyze sales result and fast moving and non-moving items
7. Check promotional items and analyze whether the promotion is good and as customer needed or not
8. Make sure the tenants enlisted follow AEON’s regulations
9. Planning biweekly promotional item
10. Follow up stock issue with suppliers and operation
11. Do control check at selling area
12. Plan new products that keep up with food trend
13. Determines operational sales by reviewing profit and loss report monthly
14. To perform any additional tasks and support had instructed to Accomplish the company's goals
15. Discuss with fellow team on what the customers need.
