Job Description
- Develop young talents in Legal to prepare them for managerial roles within the Meratus Management Team and build a career in the shipping industry.
- 1-Year Training: Includes online learning, on-the-job training, business exposure, project finalization, and evaluation.
- 2-Year Assignment: Placement in managerial-level roles within the Legal team.
- Performance-Based Benefits Adjustment: Employment benefits will be reviewed and enhanced at each phase based on individual performance.
- Sponsored by Meratus Leadership Team, with employment reviewed after 12 mont
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a reputable university (minimum GPA 3.5).
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in the legal and shipping industry.
- Advanced business-level fluency in English, both written and spoken, minimum C1
