Job Description
We are a leading F&B retail company dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences and fostering strong customer relationships. We are currently seeking a talented Membership Support Analyst to join our dynamic team and help us leverage data-driven insights to enhance our customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze membership data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for business growth.
- Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards to monitor membership performance.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Perform SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets.
- Solve membership-related issues by applying independent problem-solving and critical thinking techniques.
- Ensure high-quality communication with internal stakeholders on data insights and findings.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data simply.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
