Job Description

- Analyze data requests from various departments within the organization and conduct research and analysis to provide necessary data for Pharmacovigilance and Cosmetovigilance.
- Prepare materials for the Product Information File (including product descriptions, product safety reports, proof of claimed tests, etc.) to support data needs for new product development.
- Develop materials for projects or educational purposes to support operational excellence.
- Maintain good relationships and collaborate with internal and external parties to achieve operational and business goals.
- Provide additional data for product claims based on feedback from The Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM).
- Create monthly reports on medical affairs activities and analyze them to assess progress and effectiveness.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to medical affairs operations to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Chemistry.
- Experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of cosmetic/skincare product science.
Proficient in Pharmacology, Research and Literature Review, Scientific Data Management, and Pharmacovigilance.
