Job Description
This role combines medical expertise with strategic business development to expand our presence in the metabolic health sector. The ideal candidate is a licensed medical doctor (MD) with a passion for health innovation and a strong ability to build partnerships and drive market growth.
Business Growth:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the clinic’s patient base and revenue streams.
- Build partnerships with corporate clients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, needs, and competitive positioning.
- Provide insights to guide clinic offerings and service enhancements.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, corporate partners, and insurers.
- Act as a clinical expert and business representative for the clinic in external collaborations.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement long-term plans to achieve business growth objectives.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to align business strategies with patient care goals..
Regulatory Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all business activities adhere to healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree is required.
- Additional qualifications in Business Administration (e.g., MBA) or Healthcare Management are a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Experience in metabolic healthcare, wellness programs, or similar sectors is an advantage.
- Strong business acumen combined with medical expertise.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Analytical mindset to assess market trends and clinic performance.
- Passion for improving metabolic health and wellness.
- Ability to work collaboratively across clinical and business teams.
