Job Description
- Handle expatriate-related matters including mobile expense claims and business trip arrangements (application, routing letters, settlement).
- Provide assistance during expatriate on-site visits.
- Translate and proofread business documents (Japanese–English/Indonesian).
- Provide direct interpretation during meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Support marketing communication: order & complaint handling, B2B/B2C coordination, sponsorship requests.
- Manage promotional activities (media, memberships, shipments).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N2); able to translate and interpret fluently.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing communication, administration, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong Japanese language skills are welcome to apply).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel for business trips if required.
- Placement in BSD (Tangerang Selatan).
