Job Description
- Assist in creating insights articles within the scope of strategic communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain and update assets, including website, company profile, and corporate social media accounts.
- Support the upholding of SIRCLO’s corporate and brand guidelines to ensure consistent application in editorial content prepared for external audiences.
- Support speaking engagements, including preparing and updating related materials, as well as ensuring alignment with corporate messaging.
- Take on additional tasks related to media relations and public relations as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently an undergraduate student or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Mass Communications, or related field. Proficiency or background in data analysis is a plus.
- Experienced in transforming data and information into compelling content for articles and presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong English copywriting skills are highly preferred.
- Proficient in using tools such as Google Slides/Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organised with strong project management and strategic thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Willing to work from SIRCLO HQ in BSD, Tangerang, at least one day per week.
