Job Description
- Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to ensure the reliability of machines and equipment.
- Design and manage periodic and preventive maintenance systems to prevent damage and improve efficiency.
- Analyze and process preventive maintenance data using Google Sheets and Google Data Studio.
- Supervise maintenance projects for buildings, HVAC, and electrical systems, including budget planning and cost control.
- Coordinate with users and engineers to ensure smooth maintenance operations and compliance with standards.
- Control maintenance costs, including labor, materials, and accommodation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on job order achievements, preventive maintenance, and progress of Red Tag and Breakdown tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum education is required to have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance and engineering.
- Proficiency in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and preventive maintenance concepts.
- Ability to analyze data and use Google Suite (Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio) for reporting.
- Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.
- Understanding of HVAC and electrical systems for building maintenance, as well as the ability to manage budgets and operational costs.
