- Diagnose and resolve issues and requests related to SAP master data, ensuring accuracy and completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to address SAP problems, escalating complex issues to consultants when necessary.
- Provide guidance and training to improve SAP master data operations for business partners.
- Foster positive relationships internally and externally to meet operational and business objectives.
- Manage SAP master data maintenance, including creating and updating material, vendor, and customer data.
- Monitor configuration and maintenance processes to meet service level agreements and response times.
- Ensure all operational administrative tasks are fulfilled to maintain operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering
- Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in SAP MM; fresh graduates are welcome
- Strong knowledge of Master Data Governance
- Familiarity with SAP MM software
