Job Description
- Conduct onboarding and mass training sessions for new drivers
- Deliver training materials in an engaging and effective manner
- Ensure drivers understand safety, service standards, and platform usage
- Coordinate with the operations team to schedule and manage training batches
- Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of experience in mass training, preferably in ride-hailing/logistics industry
- Strong public speaking and facilitation skills
- Familiar with training drivers or field staff
- Able to manage large training groups with confidence
- Nice to have: Able to use Canva or other design tools for basic training content/materials
