Job Description:

  • Will be responsible for handling end-to-end store needs and developments: starting from Product Listings, Onboarding, Order Processing, Campaigns, etc. by using Jubelio system
  • Ensuring that managed store have enough feature and functionality so can be tested by our engineer teams, for further improvement
  • Keep updated for current market situation and any update that related with marketplace (e.g: feature, regulation, flow, etc)
  • Supporting our product team in conducting analysis / information gathering regarding our competitor (e.g: feature comparison, gap analysis, pro/con, etc)
  • Set and manage testing data for various jubelio stores; those data might be used by our engineering teams for further check/improvement
  • Perform any other duties that still related with Store/Marketplace/Feature

Requirements

Qualification:

  • Min Education Bachelor/Diploma or equal
  • Min 1 - 2 years experience as Admin Online Store, Data Support, Admin Marketplace, or related position, previous experience from e-commerce is a huge advantage
  • Good experience and understanding on how to set, manage, and running store from end-to-end is required for this position
  • Previous experience of working in SaaS company or using SaaS system to set up and running various system is preferred
  • Possess capacity to work well within a team
  • Possess natural problem solver and analytical thinking set
  • Highly curious and eager to conduct research and keep up with current market/industry
