Baskit turns every medium and small-sized wholesaler into a super-powered mini-distributor by providing sales enablement software, go-to-market services, and supply chain financing.
We are hiring: Marketplace Admin Intern
As a Marketplace Admin Intern, you will support the team in managing our online shop operations across multiple platforms. You will gain hands-on experience in handling marketplace accounts, customer interactions, order processing, and sales reporting.

IMPORTANT: We are only considering candidates who are able to commute to our BSD office.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and optimizing accounts across Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop
- Upload and update product information (descriptions, photos, prices)
- Upload product/content posts on social media platforms as needed
- Support order processing and shipment, including coordinating with warehouse/logistics
- Respond to customer inquiries via Marketplace chat and WhatsApp quickly, politely, and informatively
- Handle basic customer issues such as returns or complaints under supervision
- Monitor store performance (ratings, reviews, response rate) and ensure compliance with platform standards
- Help manage campaigns, discounts, vouchers, and promotional activities
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, and store performance
- Conduct simple market and competitor research to provide insights

Requirements
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Honest, dependable, and motivated to grow
- Strong interest in e-commerce and online marketplace operations
- Familiarity with major marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) is a plus
- Service-minded, responsive, organized, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Excel)
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
