Job Description
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Social Media, SEO, SEM, etc.) to attract and convert qualified leads.
- Monitor and manage budgets to maximize key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize cost per result.
- Analyze marketing data to uncover key insights and provide strategic recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing on essential digital assets—such as landing pages, images, and videos—in collaboration with the creative team to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and product development roadmaps.
- Partner with the sales team to develop tools and training materials that enhance product understanding and support the sales process.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships to expand product offerings and market reach, including online and/or offline marketing events.
- Implement and conduct additional marketing initiatives related to lead generation as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and its channels is essential.
- Proficiency in basic digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite).
- Experience with additional tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Apollo, Screaming Frog, and Wix is a plus.
- Interest in technology sectors, particularly RFID, hardware, and warehouse management software.
- A strong willingness to learn and be mentored.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions.
