Job Description
1. Analyze, develop, execute, and manage strategic plans to improve business processes in the Sales Marketing division;
2. Support the Sale team to ensure business processes run smoothly;
3. Perform tracking and analysis to continually advance the sellers;
4. Analyze market potential, track sales, and status reports;
5. Increasing brand awareness and market share through various marketing techniques such as social media and direct marketing;
6. Work with management to create new opportunities for growth;
7. Plan PR-related events such as virtual and physical press conferences with partners;
Requirements
1. Indonesian OverSeas Graduates are Most Preferred;
2. Having knowledge and experience in editing content and photo min canva application;
3. 1-4 years of work experience in related fields are welcome to apply;
4. Knowing the basics of sales & Marketing strategy added value;
5. Have good communication skills, able to analyze and detail-oriented,
6. Fluent in English(mandatory);
7. Have good negotiation skills, good leadership, interpersonal skill, and open-minded;
8. better candidates have a minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable university majoring in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent with a minimum GPA is 3.00 out of 4.00;
