Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support marketing needs of existing franchise partners, from store openings to day-to-day promotions.
- Plan and coordinate local campaigns, in-store branding, and customer engagement activities.
- Create and manage marketing materials such as signage, promo kits, and event tools.
- Help drive franchise growth by developing marketing strategies to attract new potential franchisees.
- Handle inbound franchise inquiries and prepare relevant marketing assets or presentations.
- Actively research and explore new channels, communities, or platforms to reach potential partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Visit franchise locations when needed to support activations or monitor marketing execution.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken (a must).
- Comfortable handling both campaign execution and marketing for business development purposes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, especially with external partners.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to independently search for leads, tools, or marketing references.
- Creative mindset with a practical approach to implementation.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work both independently and in a team.
- Willing to travel when needed to support franchise activities on-site.
