Job Description
- Create daily to-do lists and follow up with relevant teams (Event, KOL, Multimedia, etc.).
- Update and maintain the WIP tracker to monitor project progress.
- Coordinate cost and data requests via email with Planner and Sales teams.
- Cross-check production costs to ensure alignment with benchmarks.
- Compile internal data into presentation decks for reporting needs.
- Ensure all data is approved before sharing externally.
- Prepare meeting minutes and attend coordination meetings on cost and data needs.
- Update industry and competitor insights for sales and Marcomm meetings.
- Distribute special offers, recap deals and costs, and update inventory performance sheets monthly.
- Review and update inventory kits quarterly, and evaluate performance for annual rate card adjustments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing admin, campaign support, or media agency (fresh grads welcome if detail-oriented & proactive).
- Skilled in handling documents, data, and cross-team coordination.
- Proficient in creating clean and informative presentations (Google Slides/PowerPoint).
- Basic analytical skills, especially in performance data and production costs.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and good at multitasking.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Plus point: Experience with tools like Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, or WIP trackers.
- Plus point: Basic knowledge of media inventory, sponsorships, and event marketing.
- Plus point: Interest in media industry trends, digital campaigns, and competitor landscape.
