Job Description
- Develop and execute strategies to meet student enrollment targets per semester and per year.
- Plan, organize, and execute events such as education fairs, seminars, webinar, and workshops to attract students.
- Implement and monitor marketing campaigns, including online and offline strategies, to increase visibility and engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner institutions, including universities and colleges in Australia and internationally.
- Establish and strengthen connections with local schools and student networks to promote study abroad programs.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree graduate.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Australian/International marketing within an education agent setting.
- Able to work with student targets per semester and per year.
- Proactive and able to work in a dynamic team.
- Must have strong skills in both written and spoken English
- Computer and internet literate
- Honest, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively within a team.
- Able to provide excellent customer service (polite, friendly, and approachable).
- Willing to work full-time at our Jakarta office
