Job Description
The Marketing Manager – Indonesia is primarily responsible for expanding the company’s localized marketing efforts across Indonesia by leveraging professional experience, industry networks, and market insights. The role focuses on driving business growth, strengthening brand presence, and developing strategic partnerships within key sectors. 1.Develop and implement localized marketing strategies to expand the company’s presence in Indonesia to gain more project 2.Lead corporate business development by identifying and securing EPC project opportunities in power, energy, and infrastructure sectors. 3.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. 4.Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and industry trend monitoring 5.Lead marketing campaigns, proposals, and business development initiatives 6.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of marketing plans
Requirements
- Connections into EPC Project Decision Maker
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3.5–15 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within EPC, oil & gas, energy, power generation, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles, from feasibility and bidding to execution and commissioning.
- Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of winning contracts.
- Strategic thinker, target-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to work in a high-pressure project environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business applications; fluency in Mandarin and Indonesian is a strong advantage. 8.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for project and business purposes
