Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Manager/Director of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Digital Advertising: Manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and other digital platforms to achieve performance targets.
  • Endorsement Marketing: Identify and manage influencer and endorsement marketing opportunities, creating partnerships that align with the brand’s goals.
  • Content Creation & Campaign Development: Oversee the creation of innovative and engaging content to support marketing initiatives across channels, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
  • Social Media & Community Engagement: Drive organic and paid social media strategies, building an engaged community and fostering meaningful interactions with target audiences.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to guide marketing strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other departments to ensure alignment on campaigns and initiatives.
  • Event Marketing & Networking: Represent the brand at events, conferences, and other networking opportunities, building strong relationships and identifying partnership opportunities.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with measurable success.
  • Expertise in endorsement marketing, including identifying, negotiating, and managing influencer partnerships.
  • Track record of success in scaling marketing initiatives for growing companies.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Highly resourceful, creative, and capable of thinking outside the box to solve problems and seize opportunities.
  • Comfortable and confident in social settings, with a natural ability to approach new people and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Tools: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, and project management tools.
