Job Description

Manage marketing budget planning, including event landing, tracking and reviewing the results, etc.
Optimize and implementing the end-to-end effective marketing plans for brands in all digital and offline marketing channels according to the e-commerce marketing rhythm overseas.
Liaise with cross-department to maximize the marketing plans or other major activities.
Analyzing data of internal and external traffic, user traffic, new acquisitions, repurchases, ROI, etc.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or other related field
2 years of working experience in fast-paced and dynamic environment in the similar role, experience in e-commerce integrated marketing overseas, marketing cases led by individual is preferred.
Experience in advertising on different platforms such as Facebook, Google, and Tiktok.
Experience in plan annual marketing activities, budget planning and event decomposition, also able to independently coordinate and plan cross-platform marketing activities both online and offline in the large-scale e-commerce industry.
Understand Tiktok content marketing (live and short video).
Possess excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent strategical thinking, data driven, and high sense of responsibility.
Fluent in English and/or in Mandarin is a plus.
