Job Description
As part of the Flavour Marketing team, your responsibilities will include identifying and developing new product ideas for savory food and beverage products. You will observe, analyze and forecast trend, to support sales department delivering to customers; also actively doing market visit, trend watching, conducting and creating report of tasting sessions, and supporting cross department needs related with market product.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the food industry or food service, preferably FMCG
• Good knowledge and understanding of industry landscape, product trends, and market insights.
• Proficient in operating MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Good in composing and delivering presentations (presentation skill is a strong plus).
• Proficiency in Canva or other design tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; highly initiative and creative.
• Strong administrative skills, detail-oriented, well organized, and highly motivated.
• Good English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Willing to taste non-halal products as part of ideation (if required by the role).
