Job Description
- Provide comprehensive study and financial analysis for any tenant representation services;
- Maintain and provide clients with services during and after the process;
- Strategize optimum and workable solution to the process;
- Review lease documents and provide best solutions in real estate terms;
- Update tenancy database;
- Actively update space availability / tenant database;
- Actively source for prospects through cold calling, networking events, referrals, etc;
- Conduct inspections.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Fluent in English both oral and written;
- Competent with Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc);
- Discipline and self motivated;
- Attractive appearance;
- Excellent organizational, multi tasking, and problem solving skills;
- High passion and knowledge for property;
- Good interpersonal skills.
