Job Description
- Work closely with senior management and be part of the team that shapes Shopee through robust user experience analysis
- Project-based role focused on identifying and implementing solutions to drive Shopee Indonesia's growth
- Own and drive high-impact projects across business verticals such as Marketing, HR, Logistic, Risk, and other new or budding projects
- Deliver tangible outcomes through strong analytical skills, hands-on and pragmatic approach
- Opportunity with leadership positions to engage and drive a team of your own to achieve high-performing results
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, finance, marketing or other related fields
- 3-8 years of working experience in a fast-paced industry, Management Consulting, Tech or Livestream companies
- Experience in project management and data analysis
- Good inference skills to manage stakeholders
- Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with analyzing complex, large scale data sets
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Agile, great communicators, and great collaborators
