Job Description
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Communicate regularly with parents about student studies at EF and their progress
- Send student updates to parents
- Resolve problems, questions, and/or complaints from parents
- Resell EF core courses to customers and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Follow up on the reasons for the refund
- Reactivate students who have dropped out
- Reply to e-mails and answer phones on time
- Build trusting relationships with students and parents
Roles and Responsibilities
- Being the brand champion at the center. Ensuring consistent communication and messages throughout all media and within the company
- Building partnership & maintaining relationship with local schools
- Understanding the local behaviour, interest, and trends from the target market/audience
- Identifying local marketing opportunities to improve brand awareness
- Reviewing marketing activities to ensure compliance with brand guidelines
- Managing budget for marketing activities
- Evaluating and planning marketing strategy
- Executing marketing plan through the best possible way (either new media, conventional, partnership, or on-ground activities)
Requirements
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to project management
- Updated with related trends in the media
- Experienced using social media marketing
- Experienced managing events internal & external
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and create marketing strategy
- Solid writing skills
- Advanced computer skills - MS Excel and Ms Power Point
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, or Business
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing field
