Job Description
- Develop compelling sales materials for major products with a focus on clarity and simplicity to enhance our brand perception as an easily understandable insurance provider.
- Create engaging materials and tools to generate interest in strategic products.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of sales materials with product specifications, brand guidelines, and messaging.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather insights and feedback, facilitating continuous improvement of marketing materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain the relevance and effectiveness of marketing materials.
- Provide leadership and support to a team of marketing professionals to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials.
- Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to product specifications and regulatory requirements, particularly those pertaining to insurance products.
- Verify the accuracy of all content within marketing materials, ensuring they are compliant with relevant industry standards and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on creating sales materials and marketing collateral.
- Strong creative and analytical skills with the ability to develop compelling and effective marketing materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Good knowledge of general insurance products and regulations.
