Job Description
- Effectively communicate and maintain relationship with vendors to fulfill marketing communication needs promptly and efficiently.
- Take ownership of all event and merchandise requirements, ensuring flawless execution from planning to implementation.
- Coordinate logistics, packing, and shipping requirements to guarantee timely delivery of materials
- Manage invoices, payments, and reimbursements associated with marketing communication activities.
- Summarize monthly expenses, providing insights to facilitate budget allocation and cost optimization.
- Conduct follow-ups and reminders to the relevant PIC to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrare strong communication skills to interact effectively with vendors.
- Demonstrate good teamwork skills to collaborate with the Marketing Communication team.
- Posseses excellent attention-to-detail skills.
- Have organizational and time management skills.
- Have knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus.
