Job Description
- Plan and optimize promotional campaigns across platforms like GrabFood, ShopeeFood, GoFood, and more to increase sales and product visibility.
- Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with company goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and social media strategies.
- Manage relationships with external platforms and partners for promotional activities.
- Respond to customer reviews and manage crises to maintain brand reputation.
Requirements
- Open to all genders, up to 30 years old.
- At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Minimum D3 graduate.
- Committed to long-term growth with the company.
- Based in Yogyakarta.
