Job Description
✨ What You’ll Do:
- Check campaigns before they go live (links, tracking, and setup)
- Update and maintain tracking sheets (CTR, app opens, bookings)
- Pull data and support reporting processes
- Flag any issues (incorrect links, low performance, etc.)
- Monitor ad status (from request to live)
- Submit asset creation requests for CRM and Ads (brief, copy, sizing)
- Collect campaign links and performance results
- Assist in preparing PO documents
- Input and manage data in SAP
- Track invoices and payment processes
- Organize and maintain files (contracts, approvals, documentation)
Requirements

- Has strong analytical and data tracking skills
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Is responsive and ready to collaborate with multiple teams
