Job Description
- Develop effective creative campaigns across the entire marketing funnel.
- Forecast trends to drive sales growth.
- Plan and execute digital advertising.
- Continuously analyze, evaluate, and improve marketing strategies to boost sales.
- Conduct in-depth competitive research to gain a market advantage.
- Actively participate in the company's growth through marketing initiatives.
- Create comprehensive marketing reports with deep analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing or similar roles.
- Familiarity with Digital Ads is required.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Familiarity with Social Media & Affiliates is required.
- Experience with beauty brand promotion on social media is advantageous.
- Passion for the beauty industry and up-to-date with marketing trends.
- Strong analytical skills and creative thinking.
- Data-driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Willing to work in head office in Cakung.
