Responsibilities
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools (kindergarten, elementary, junior high), local education communities, and other learning institutions.
- Plan and execute offline marketing strategies, including school visits, community activation, and educational events.
- Organize promotional activities such as seminars, open houses, workshops, and trial/demo classes.
- Collaborate with local government offices, education-related departments, and private institutions.
- Identify and initiate strategic local partnerships to support student recruitment and brand awareness.
- Create marketing proposals and offline activation plans.
- Prepare structured marketing reports — including campaign recap, lead funnel results, and performance analytics.
- Conduct competitor analysis, evaluate new marketing channels, and provide strategic recommendations based on local insights.
- Manage offline promotional teams (if any) and ensure smooth execution of on-ground initiatives.
- Regularly report performance updates and local insights to the central team.
Requirements
Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, events, partnerships, or community development—preferably in the education sector.
- Strong local network in Surabaya / Medan, especially among schools and learning centers.
- Able to create structured marketing proposals and reports
- Familiar with basic marketing funnel concepts & lead management.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Goal-oriented and able to manage multiple initiatives at once.
- Comfortable working independently and coordinating with a remote central team.
- Owns personal vehicle and open to frequent local travel.
- A passion for education and working with children is a huge plus.
