Job Description
- Assist in planning and organizing marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Help conduct competitor and market research to support campaign ideas (if needed).
- Support the execution of KOL and brand collaborations (50 per month: 30 barter, 20 paid), including outreach and follow-ups.
- Assist with Gift with Purchase (GWP) activities (weekly) - from sourcing brand partners to coordinating with internal teams for execution.
- Help organize monthly giveaways and R&D collaboration projects with partners.
- Communicate with external parties like vendors, agencies, and resellers under supervision.
- Support documentation tasks such as tracking orders, invoices, and proof of payments.
- Help maintain internal tracking sheets and prepare simple reports (weekly).
- Assist with payment coordination for KOLs, vendors, and brand partners (with guidance from the team).
- Join creative brainstorming sessions and help capture basic photos/videos when needed.
- Support day-to-day admin tasks such as filing documents and coordinating simple tasks across teams.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
- Passionate about the beauty industry and up-to-date with trends, products, and influencer activities.
- Curious, eager to learn, and excited to grow in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
- Confident in communicating with KOLs, brand partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Familiar with administrative tasks (document handling, basic reporting, reimbursement, etc.)
- Good research and analytical thinking skills, especially for competitor analysis and campaign planning.
