Job Description
1. Lead & monitor Marketing & Branding team, setting clear goals and providing guidance to achieve the objectives. Delegate tast & responsibilities effectively, ensuring efficient workflow.
2. Manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email and traditional marketing.
3. Continuously seek innovative marketing solutions and creative approaches to stay ahead in the competitive market.
4. Oversee marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet the set objectives and deliver measurable results
5. Regulary report to management on the progress and ROI of marketing activities, using data-driven insights to inform strategy adjustments
6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools)
Requirements
1. Marketing Strategy, Social Media Management, and Market Analysis skills.
2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience as Marketing/ Sales/ Business Development.
4. Familiar with the latest trends and best practies at Food & Beverage industries.
5. Strong understanding of branding and sales-driven marketing strategies.
6. Creative thingking and a passion for innovation in markering approaches.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
8. Possesses strong negotiation skills, project management abilities, the capacity to influence people, networking capabilities, adept at presentations, problem-solving skills and effective communication.
