Job Description
- Collect, clean, and validate raw data from various sources to ensure data readiness for analysis.
- Support data exploration, analysis, and preparation of actionable insights.
- Assist in managing and documenting data pipelines and processes.
- Collaborate on designing and implementing data models to aid decision-making.
- Support daily administrative tasks for marketing operations, including document preparation, agreement creation, and tracker updates.
- Assist in processing system submissions such as Work Orders (WO), reimbursements, agreements, and purchase orders (PO).
- Help manage and distribute voucher codes for relevant teams.
- Support event-related tasks, such as preparing agreements for screening events, media visits, and talent fee arrangements.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and data processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, clean, and process data for analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Familiarity with data tools such as SQL, Excel, or basic data visualization tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and willing to assist in marketing operations and administrative tasks.
- Strong interest in both data analysis and marketing activities.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
