Your Role

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst who will become the central hub for all things data-related within the marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing marketing data pipelines, maintaining dashboards, and generating insights that guide strategic marketing decisions and business growth.

This position is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional with a strong analytical mindset, curiosity about marketing performance, and a passion for transforming data into meaningful actions.

What You Will Do

• Maintain and continuously improve marketing dashboards to ensure accurate and timely insights for decision-making.
• Build, manage, and optimize data pipelines to support various marketing needs and initiatives.
• Conduct data analysis to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Data, and Business) to translate business questions into actionable analytics.
• Monitor data quality and ensure integrity across all marketing tools and sources.
• Support automation of reporting processes using SQL, spreadsheets, or business intelligence tools.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, structured manner.

What You Bring

• Final-year student or recent graduate from a reputable university in Indonesia or globally.
• Degree in a STEM-related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Basic proficiency in SQL querying and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
• Growth mindset, ambition, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• (Preferred) Prior internship or project experience related to data analysis or data engineering.
