Job Summary
The Marketing Administration Intern supports the Marketing team in managing vendor administration, payment processes, expense claims, budget monitoring, and day-to-day administrative activities. This role will work closely with the Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams to ensure smooth and accurate administrative and payment processes.
Job Description
- Handle the administration and payment process for Marketing vendors, including creating Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for all brands.
- Handle vendor registration, document completeness, filing, and other administrative requirements.
- Process Payment Request Forms (PRF) and Advance Request Forms (ARF) for Marketing activities.
- Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams regarding vendor payments and related administrative matters.
- Process expense claim documentation for the Marketing team.
- Provide administrative support for Marketing activities and monitor/report Marketing budget utilization.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, as well as Google Workspace tools such as Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage administrative tasks accurately.
